franco PIANEGONDA
Mad for Mixed Metals: Forget about jewelry etiquette and the once taboo "gold & silver" combination, it's now all the rage. The new 2011 collection from Italian jeweler franco PIANEGONDA is capitalizing on this new "it" trend by mixing the two metals to create one-of-a-kind modern and edgy statement pieces.

Master Card Pick of the week

Just like classic women's pumps, there are certain women's boot styles that never go out of fashion. These Michael Kors Barnett flat boots are easy to wear with a variety of outfits and they should serve you for years to come. Everyone will agree that high quality suede always looks luxurious and stunning. Designers know this fact better than anybody else, as every season we can see quite new and fresh shoe designs made of suede and fall/winter 2011/2012 is no exception.

Minimalism is also in style this season! The good news is it’s a style we all look good in and we can pull off easily. This extra skinny solid tie ($115) by Hugo Boss (305-792-5199) is about prominent appeal and statement maker. Easy to mix and match, wearable with almost any suit, fall gives you the choice to be simply stylish

Nothing brightens up your day or night like a little sparkle. Sequins and embellishments are bigger than ever this season, popping up on everything from sexy dresses to soft sweaters and shoes to jewelry. This J.Crew (305-935-2739) sequin sweatshirt has cool comfort with a glamorous twist. A panel of shimmering sequins takes this sweatshirt from sporty to spectacular ($98.00). When putting together your key outfits for the fall don’t forget that sequins and embellishments will make you shine!

Tribal themes can be seen with the strong use of animal prints combined with earthy tones. To pull off this look you need to pick one of the outlined themes and stick to it. This trend has persisted during the fall and has no sign of disappearing. Add a stylish touch to you outfit this fall with this ZARA (305-466-2661) Leopard print scarf (49.90) to complete your look.

This season don’t forget about the little ones! Keep them in style with a touch of the season and a fashionable piece. The tulle ruffle skirt available at Janie & Jack (305-466-1253) is fashioned from layers of floaty tulle and tiers of ruffles offer a rich feel. Fully lined for exceptional comfort and elasticized back waist assists in dressing ($42).
